The YMCA of Southwest Illinois offers:
cardiovascular equipment
strength training equipment
free weights
land-based aerobics and fitness classes, such as Step and 30-Minute Abs
specialty classes, such as Yoga and Pilates
classes geared toward specific populations such as teens, women, and seniors
