Day Camps

The YMCA of Southwest Illinois seeks to provide the highest quality day camp designed to strengthen values, cultivate self-esteem, and improve skills that help children grow into strong leaders while having fun. We give campers opportunities to be leaders, followers, teachers and students by creating an environment of creativity and educational challenges in the great outdoors that encourage YMCA values of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility. In our "traditional" day camps, boys and girls, ages 6 to 12, can explore great experiences and adventures, make new friends, swim, create, play, hike, climb, explore and more! Sports and specialty camps target specific areas of interest with fun and exciting activities that your child is sure to love!
