Child Care

          YMCA School Age Child Care

The YMCA School Age Child Care (SACC) program is a cooperative program between local schools and the YMCA of Southwest Illinois. Our program provides children, grades K-6, with a safe, well-supervised environment on those days when an adult is not home. Begins at 6:45 AM until the beginning of the school day; and after school from dismissal until 6:00 PM. Safe, fun, and constructive activities are offered such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and academic support. All sites are directed by competent, experienced YMCA staff. Policies have been created with your child’s care with safety as our top priority. For more information, call the CMT YMCA: (618) 346-5600.

SACC Participating Schools in the Collinsville/Maryville/Troy area are:

Jefferson Elementary • Renfro Elementary • Twin Echo Elementary • Webster Elementary • Marine Grade School • Maryville Elementary • St. Jacob Elementary • Henning Elementary • Freeman Elementary • Molden Elementary • McCray-Dewey School • Collinsville 5/6 Center

    School's Out Club

The YMCA of Southwest Illinois also offers School's Out Club on select days when local schools are closed but the YMCA is still open... convenient, safe, affordable care for children of working parents. Check branch schedules for more information.
