| Y PERSONAL FITNESS | FREE |
This another way to kick start your fitness journey. YPF includes1on 1 meetings with a certified trainer to identify barriers and develop strategies to overcome them. This is different from personal training because the trainer only has 3 follow up appointments over a 12 week program. They do not come to every workout with you or setup a workout. Participants are expected to exercise 3 times a week. Although the trainer will not be at every workout, you can ask for advice, and you will receive personal attention and feedback during the meetings. Paperwork is required before the 12 week program is started.
|
| EBC PERSONAL TRAINING | PER SESSION | Receive one on one training as you work at your
own pace. A certified trainer will walk you through setting up a
workout and achieving it by maximizing your time and meeting with you
trainer at your convenience. Paperwork is required before a
trainer can contact you. The prices are as follows: 1 Session is $35.00, 3 Sessions are $105, 6 Sessions are $170, 10 Sessions are $260, 15 Sessions are $365 |
